This is one of the options on the Porsche Techequipment website.

I'm looking to put it on a car I'm thinking of buying from OPC, it is a 2015 991. Does this 'upgrade' actually work?

I previously had a 2014 991 and the sat nav was rubbish at keeping updated with current traffic problems.

Thanks

I had this done on my 2015 GTS. Works fine and gives much better traffic but Google Maps/Apple Maps/Waze etc all free and better navigation with same or better traffic. Probably a waste of money...

Yes, it would.

Both use Waze servers and users for real-time traffic reports by Waze users.

Ah yes I see. Its just a bit tricky to use your phone like that when driving.

Thanks
