Need some inspiration for Saturday drive

Weather looks dry for Saturday and I'm in the Cotswolds. Anyone got any inspiration for some destinations I can drive to.

Great coffee shops / car related museums / other stuff ?

Not that I need an excuse to drive the car But its nice to actually have a destination to drive to via some of the great roads in the area.

How about looking at google maps and finding twisty roads through as much greenery as you can, once you have found a sort-of destination, search for within that area for a farm shop.

Make the farm shop your destination and grab some Lamb, Beef, Sausages whatever and bring them back home and cook them for Saturday night

Roger Albert Clark rally ,starts tomorrow ,will be in Kielder on Saturday.

Rally of the Tests ,in a similar area ,not quite so far north.

Classic car show at the NEC.

I might be attending 2 of these.

You could do worse than head into Herefordshire, especially the border country around Kington and Hay-on-Wye. As pretty as anywhere but with fantastic roads on which there is little traffic (apart from tractor loads of apples at this time of year).

Kielder is about 5hrs away !

But I quite like the idea of Hay-on-Wye. Ive driven through that area on the way to Wales many a time and its always seemed full of empty brilliant roads.
