hi i m thinking of fitting a new head unit to my bose system ,what are the ups and downs please , such as will i lose the trip computer functions ,oil level readout reverse sensors etc ? thanks guys
A lot depends on the year of your turbo, the early models, very simple to switch out and not lose any factory features, i did it with mine.. The later models that have the fibre optic (CANBUS, i think its called) system, makes things much harder....
thanks for the reply , think i found an installer who knows what they are doing and everything will work fine , including waze , they are guiding me to built in dab rather than via phone as the reception is much more reliable apparently ,
