04 cayenne airbag deploy

I was driving home a few weeks on the highway at about 65mph then a loud noise which let to my airbag deploying with zero impact. I had to tow it 2hrs home and is still sitting in my driveway. Porsche refused too look at it. I had two kids in the back seat. The rear airbag actually hit one of my passengers in the back. Any suggestions?

Have you had the battery replaced recently as I believe it’s under the seat on them and if seat is not refitted correctly this can happen.
