Porsche Breakdown cover renewal

I bought my 911 2 years ago so was expecting to get a renewal request for the breakdown cover, nothing but silence.

I did have to use it due to a dead battery, does this automatically exclude renewal?

Really just curious as I was quite happy to renew but obviously Porsche don't want the revenue. The other thought is does this come from the dealer rather Porsche GB themselves?

If it is the dealer I am not surprised they haven't sent anything.

Absent a warranty renewal, don't think the Centres get any of the premium so don't care. Mine suggested I called the RAC and so I renewed directly and corrected the reg number which had not been updated by Porsche...

Warranty doesn't expire for another 8 months so might be why.
