Panamara issues

Has anyone else had the following issues
1) engine hitting rev limiter and not changing gear , this experiencing a sudden loss of power
2) tracker system being faulty and so triggering call from vodaphone automotive
I have a 7 month old panamara turbo and both of the above faults are present
Car has been into dealer but no fault can be found
I am getting a little bit fed up as dealer inform me they fix the problem , only for it to then appear again
I have given up with fault 1 as very intermittent, but fault 2 is very annoying as I am continually getting texts saying my car has been stolen and vodaphone just say go back to Porsche , which I do , for Porsche to then say the “loose wiring “ has been fixed
I am completely fed up with the Porsche attitude.
It seems to be , we have got the sale, and now we can’t be bothered .
I tried to buy a GT3 from Porsche and got the same sort of response
Next time I want to spend £150k I think I will still to Aston Martin. The Aston’s have faults , but at least the dealers get them fixed and value your custom
