I would say these were the fleet of GT3s destined for Istanbul Park in 2015.

They had plans for a one make arrive and drive race series using 991 GT3 Club Sports and the circuit owner ordered the cars, the concept was sold to them by Eastern Europe regional office to run alongside the Porsche experience centre at Istanbul Park, but I never heard of any races actually happening.
