I’m going to be replacing underbody bracing struts and an exhaust support bracket on my 996 C4, and feel it makes sense to replace the bolts fixing them at the same time as I think they will be corroded. Any recommendations where to get replacement bolts? Just order through OPC? Or somewhere else? Any recommendations on what grade of steel bolts gratefully received.
When I’m replacing nuts & bolts etc - and I don’t need/want the Porsche bolts for a particular application - I always order from this excellent place:

Excellent site for ordering but it’s also a real shop in Hove if you’re nearby.
Exhaust brackets not a demanding application, so a standard grade 8.8 fine. You may want to choose something less corrosion prone. If you want to exactly duplicate the original then the grade will be stamped on head, and will be described in the parts catalogue. Modern Porsche hardware is lower quality than parts from decades ago which would clean up to virtually new condition and often used cadmium plating, alternatives can be very good choice
