1984 Porsche 944 Performance Upgrades??

I am sure that this may have been beaten to death at one point or another. I am new. I recently bought a relatively nice 944...nice car but i find lacking a bit of power. I thought about getting rid of it and looking for a newer turbo. But then i thought i should check out what can actually be tweeked on these. If I can get a few more ponies under the hood, i would certainly keep it. Anyone have some suggestions on how to bring this car to life? Thanks all!!

There isn't much that can be done to increase power output by a lot. Though ProMax Motorsport do some performance upgrades which should liberate maybe another 10-20bhp for a 2.5 lux

1. K&N Filter & remap
2. Buy 944S2
3. Fit supercharger to S2

..unless you prefer a turbo.
