Fatal mistake.

Bored and want more cars. Go to those nice Porsche people near the big bridge. Order & 997 in the perfect spec. Have brain wave and think while I am waiting 6 months I will get something to play with.

This is the fatal mistake bit.

Test drove a GT3 yesterday, it is amazing, no its more than amazing.

I am hooked, I have to have one. The Mrs is going to kill me. That will bring my current car total to 6.

GT3 owners please tell me it gets worse, that this is just a honeymoon period and actually when you settle down with the car its a real B**ch!

Sorry, it only gets better.

Drive a 997 S and a GT3 back to back and you will not want to get rid in 6 months time. I find the GT3 is the perfect every day car/ track car compromise.

I can't for the life of me think what else I could get which would be more satisfying.

Feared as much, I will keep an option open for the 997 GT3 just in case the 996 GT3 is too difficult to give up.

Anything I need to watch out for / general advice from you GT3 drivers

Speed cameras are the best things to look out for !!!

With that intoxicatingly high revving engine, you'll be driving it like you stole it in no time !!!

This will be possibly the best car you've ever owned !!!

harsh, smelly, noisy and the best thing I have ever driven....its sh1te on a daily basis but you'll want to drive it anyway you never stop learning more about driving a GT3 which means you never get bored

Think you knew how to handle a car? Not when you own one of these - its capability humbles me every day!
