Weiss gold wheels.
Clear wing protection tape.
Lose or lessen the rear window tint

Yes, my first observation was to remove the aftermarket privacy tint and black wing protection - Porsche use clear.Clear wing protection tape.
Lose or lessen the rear window tint

(I'm not a fan of the Carrera Sport wheels, though I know I'm in a minority
).Also not a fan of the rear wing, but if you want to keep the aero look, then perhaps GT3-esque wheels.
Many people like the Turbo wheels, but they should have a diamond cut finish, which is trickier to refurbish, and when a set get tatty it's easier to repaint in one colour - Weiss gold might work.
Thanks for all your advise, really helpful & certainly got me thinking.
I'm still looking for wheels similar to the Carrera sports wheels, think they look great especially with the aero kit. Not easy to find so far, as I'm ideally after a swap or sale of the current turbo ones (have no room for them)
In regards to the rest of the car, personally I think the aero kit with rear spoiler makes the car. Sometimes I feel the Carrera lacks a little presence at times compare to some other sports cars.
It just makes it feel a little more special, particulary in cobalt blue. Individual opinions will widely differ though.
In terms of the rest of the car the impression I get is basically less is more?
How about the front lip?
I was thinking of getting the black plastic one, due to a slight crack on the current one.
I have some dreaded speed bumps at the bottom of the road where I live.
Would the black plastic one be any better? At least perhaps the odd scrape won't be so obvious...

Slightly better image of the wheels..

Appreciate all your opinions.

Might help, might not. No idea if I've got the right wheels.

Thank you! Their not the right ones but I must admit I quite like those tooCar definitely looks better overall in this picture.
These are the wheels or something similar I'm after
Or would these be worth considering?
They would certainly freshen up the overall look, as they look newer?
By the way, what's everyones opinions on the newer led rear lights being put on it? If so, clear or tinted ones?
Front aurora drl like these too

For me you're trying to pull off two very tricky design aesthetics when it comes to cars and failing at both.
Firstly blue and black rarely comes off well on cars IMO. I always think silver/chrome is a much better way to go with blue and always looks great.
Secondly jet black wheels are very hard to pull off. They are like giant black holes which the eye cant help but be drawn to. Your pictures are a great example of this. (Perhaps they look better in real life detail in black is often lost on pictures). The wheel design and finish really needs to be impeccable to pull it off IMO. Mirror like finish, with lots of interesting reflections.
Personally I'd delete as much of the black as you can.

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely be doing a few changes to it now over the summer. I know modded Porsche's are pretty much a sin anyway Firstly blue and black rarely comes off well on cars IMO. I always think silver/chrome is a much better way to go with blue and always looks great.

What your opinions on upgrading the lights to these though??
New style daytime Led lights
My opinion. I prefer the black wheels to the silver in your photos, but not with everything else. They don’t sit well with the red clalipers and blue paint. The black stone guard and tinited quarter light I’d prefer clear really.
Black wheels seem very marmite on PH. You want to see the thread on the general forum. People get quite animated about it
I have black wheels on my yellow car myself. Not to everyone’s taste, but it’s not their car

I do like the black wheels to be honest, always thought they went fairly well with the cobalt blue Black wheels seem very marmite on PH. You want to see the thread on the general forum. People get quite animated about it

They do look better in the flesh too. I also noticed a lot of the Gt3 cars had black wheels from new

I must admit I think the silver looks good too. Its just personal taste at the end of the day.
Overall I think the car will look fresher with less of the black bits now, but might go for the carrera sport wheels pained black

By the way, I think black wheels on yellow cars are a seriously great combination

I've got the Satin Platinum Turbo Design wheels on my white Cayenne, so i'm not a silver wheel zealot Black wheels seem very marmite on PH. You want to see the thread on the general forum. People get quite animated about it
