If you're meaning the car supermarket we got my fiancé's M135i from there last year (Fleet branch)
Standard car supermarket really - accepted the decline on all the add-on's after repeated sales attempts, no money off but pricing was keen so still paid less etc.
Only thing that may put you off - Ours was due a service when it came to them, despite being 2.5 years old they did it in house (no BMW history now) but with the mileage already taking it out of warranty we didn't mind and have continued to service outside of the network.
