OE sport exhaust full user control?

Have a 3 way switch on another car that gives control of the exhaust pipe valves - OEM (opens at tickover and about 2600rpm), CLOSED & OPEN. Now whilst there is a switch in the Macan (that I have to press every b time I get in the car) for the (very mild) sports exhaust activation I wondered if there were any mods out there to give more options and better control? I note the car is far more musical on initial cold startup than it is ever in sports exhaust mode - sounds very beefy! Any way to have user access here?
