Anyone have any experience with AA Car Insurance, specifically if you have made a claim with them and how was your experience?
My Insurance is due at the end of the month and I've had a very tempting and extremely competitive quote from them.
However the reviews on Trust Pilot have been a bit of a shock as they are so bad. Having said that so are most of the other mainstream Insurance providers reinforcing my view that, in the main, people don't tend to post positive experiences.
Would really appreciate any useful comments or advice.

I guess the lack of any responses tells me that the AA isn't very popular amongst Porsche drivers.

Try AIB. They have me the best quite last time round for my 997. Better than adding to my existing multicar policy.

You could have posted this in GG to receive more replies.
It's not Porsche specific.

If you have a 911, try Henderson Taylor.

Limited mileage but very competitive, great to deal with and you get some track days covered.

Speak to Matthew.

The quote for my 997s is £188,fully comp. protected no claims, £350 excess. That’s why I’m so tempted.

I used AA on my previous car (CLS Mercedes) for 3 years and they were great. I was rear-ended earlier this year and it was all handled very smoothly.
I wanted to transfer the policy over to my 991 when I changed cars a couple of months ago, but they told me they wouldn't touch cars above £85k.

I had a very good experience dealing with AIB to get my new policy thereafter.
