Carparts4less.co.uk is an online subsidiary of ECP, who also run discounts most of the time. I've used them before, service was OK, but delivery was disorganised and didn't arrive in the timescale I'd paid for. The prices were good tho'. By comparison, I find the service at ECP very good. I imagine their book prices are relatively high so that they can offer 'impressive' discounts.
For my 996 I’ve mainly used Heritage, Porscheshop and design911. Also, dont exclude OPC’s - for some items not much in it price wise and you do get discount via PCGB membership.
Always research the job you are doing on the forums for hints & tips eg someone recommended Autodoc in Germany for my suspension top mounts as their Sachs ones were OEM with the porsche part number ground off for 1/4 of the price incl shipping to the UK.
I’ve done lots of work on mine and no different to any other car really.

Ian
