Porsche buggy/pushchair
Discussion
Hello!
Just wondering, does any one have a Porsche buggy/pushchair that they don't need any more and want to sell on?
We have a 996 (02 reg facelift if this makes any difference) and need a buggy to fit in the front boot space.
Also, if anyone uses the Porsche Prince front facing baby seat, how do you find fitting it. I find it quite difficult to strap in and it doesn't seem at all safe for my 15 month old. Any tips?!!
Thanks very much
Nicky

Any reason why you don't just buy a suitable small pushchair? They're pretty cheap, and whilst I don't have eperience of the Porsche one specifically, they generally don't seem to last all that long, so my plan (when/if I get a 911) was to buy a small cheapie.
Regarding the front facing seat, I use a Porsche child seat, and I agree they are a pain, and don't "look" all that good. I think once in they are fairly secure. However, they are clearly nothing like as good as the larger "wraparound" bucket seats like a Maxi-Cosi.
When its just me and the boy, I put him in his "proper" child seat in the front (no airbag to worry about in the 944). He loves that, especially when the wipers are going ...

Hi,
get a Quinny Zapp pushchair, it folds up to less than 2 feet long and fits easily in the front of my 964. It cost £150, and looks like a golf trolley!

Thanks for your reply Dan. We have looked at all the small buggies and unfortunately although they fold down small, they are too long to fit in the boot! Hence now looking for a Porsche buggy as its the only one that will fit!!
I bought a bog standard mclaren buggy and it fits behind the rear seats

Hmm, that's bad.
possibly a Ford Mondeo with a chauffeur for the child(ren) is the answer?
