Hacks to make your car feel new again...
Discussion
Dear All
For a while I've been wondering about a few little and simple jobs that can be carried out on my 997.2 cab, in order to make it feel new again.
My list is as follows:
1) replace scuffed plastic around door (where the boot release is), both passenger and driver. Porsche seemed to like the rubberised plastic trim that ages badly.
2) (cabriolet) replace the rear quarterlight seals that are attached to the glass. They looked very grotty. (update. Has now been carried out, windows now much more secure and car feels and sounds newer). Seals are £33 each...
What would you add to the list? Anything mechanical?
