Anyone recommend a product to use to clean and seal ?

Renovo worked well for me.

Used Autoglym cleaner on mine as had it in a kit but always used Fabsil as used on tents from Halfords is perfect for regular treatment. Paint it on to point of run off with new paint brush.

Used Autoglym in the past works OK but if you have algae growing on the fabric like I did you will need to kill it with some sterilising solution. Milton or supermarket own brand. Make it up stronger than the instructions say and paint it on to the wet fabric after you've cleaned it. Leave for a while and rinse thoroughly. I had to give mine about three treatments before I killed my green with progressively stronger solutions.

This is the best combo I found too. Fabsil Gold is great stuff. I apply one layer with a brush in one direction and then another layer in the other direction the next day. It also darkens the fabric slightly so makes the soft top look like new.

I tried autoglym and wasn't particularly impressed, however the water did bead again, when it rained. For me Renovo worked much better, and you could see the dirt lifting and coming away and the green algae came straight off, once I'd used the dye it looked nearly new again.

The kit came with a scrubbing type brush, cleaner and dye, and two pots, well worth it.
