Cayenne - Iphone

Hi all

Picked up my cayenne today. Love it. However I connected my phone to the usb socket in the arm rest to play music the sound crackled. Any one any ideas?

Assume you mean via CarPlay ?I’d guess it’s the cable and/or loose socket either on your phone or in the car. You can connect the phone to the car via Bluetooth to make sure it’s nothing to do with the way the phone is playing the music.

It works totally fine via the Bluetooth. Just via the cable. I had a thought maybe it was due to the volume on my phone ? I’ll try that tomorrow.
