How many delivery miles on a new Porsche?

I guess they drive it out of the factory; on to a transporter to the docks; on and off the ship and then transporter it to the dealership.

But do Porsche actually test drive the car for any distance to ensure quality (e.g. the tracking is correct)?

Last new car I had was a Golf R, came with 7 miles on the clock (tracking was out from day one!).

Gone are the days that every car is given a test drive. Last time I was at the factory (2017) I was told that they now only take a sample of cars for the full text drive - something like one in ten . On my new Porsches i have seen anything from 8 miles to high teens.

My lowest was on a 997.2 RS at the factory. 1.9km

991.1 RS ( same factory) was about 16km.
