Issues with car bought long distance... how to sort?
Discussion
Right, I'm expecting some stick for this, but hopefully some pragmatic ideas too...
I bought a Macan GTS online; a 3 year old car from a main dealer with full warranty (having passed the 111 point check). I'd driven a few in my search and the ideal spec popped up 600 miles away, so I bought it physically unseen.
During the buying process I received a couple of videos of the car and photos, as well as the spec and also the promise that it's in 'unmarked' condition.
So, the car turns up on a trailer with a chipped windscreen (which the paperwork showed it was checked out with, so didn't happen on the journey). Checking the car more thoroughly, a folding mirror doesn't work properly (bashes the car and has marked the mirror/window trim), there is a problem with a rubber seal around the roof bar and the car doesnt have something I was told it did - carplay (minor to some, but in the 2 trips I've used the car for I've cursed not having it already). There is a ding on one of the doors too.
After the dealer promising the sort the screen issue over the phone, the driver took my PX car away on the trailer.
The dealer has agreed that my local main dealer can fit a new screen and investigate and fix the mirror issue and investigate the carplay (which they think it should have but is a technical issue).
So, first school of thought here is, they've agreed to sort the major issues and providing they sort carplay (it can be retrofitted if need be for £300) don't worry about it... take it on the chin and remember next time I'm buying a car.
Or...
I sent them 30 pics of my car to ensure there were no surprises when they received it - they chipped me £300 off the px price for a scrape on the bumper and I feel they had their cake and ate it here. I have been the one spending time sorting the car out, organising it with the local dealer and will be without it for a couple of days (no courtesy car available) while the issues are sorted (assuming they all are). I've had nothing from the selling dealership after agreeing that I book in for the screen, despite a few calls and polite emails (following up on their 'satisfaction' survey), so frankly I think they have taken the piss out of me. The nuclear option is to tell them to collect the car and sort it at their cost and inconvenience, as I'm within the 14 day window.
What would you do?

Yeah I know, but I was going for more the ‘mates down the pub’ rather than go on there moaning about the 50k car bought unseen which hasn’t quite worked out... sympathy levels likely to be minimal I’m assuming and more likely to find a few people here with relevant experience, if that makes sense.
