Rear seat belts in a GT3???
Discussion
The car has no type approval for 4 seats, so although you could squeeze the kids in the back, there is only the carpet to sit on.!
Even if you put some lap belts into the car, in the event of an accident, your kids could be seriously injured, and you would be prosecuted, if they were hurt.!
My advice .. don't do it.

All the mounting points are there, under the carpet. BUT, what the guys say is true - its a' two seater' etc. It would be simple enough to retro some 996 seats & belts, but insurers may not pay up if you have an accident - then there's the question of getting out of the car past the GT3 seats...
I looked at doing this with my 968CS. The job was bigger than I suspected, interior trim need replacing, rear seat mounting points were absent, so were the inertia reel mounts and I'd have needed to fit two additional seat belt mounts.
In addition, I have hard backed fixed Recaro sports seats, so they would both have to go, firstly to allow someone to get into the back, and secondly so that if there was a front impact a rear seat passenger would not hit the hard back of the front seat.
In the end I abandoned the idea, and will stick a harness bar there instead....
