Porsche Connect - Question

Sorry if this is a really stupid question.
My Porsche Connect (via Vodafone Telematics) was due for renewal, so paid the £266 for Remote Services + Safety Services + Security Services.
I went into the Apps in the car and it says its deactivated, so called Porsche Connect and they said I needed to speak to Vodafone Telematics... They then said I needed to speak to Porsche Connect... They then confirmed I needed to pay a further £139, on top of the £266
Is this right?
