What exactly is meant by Long-term warranty?

I've just booked my car in with an OPC for a minor service, and while I was on the phone asked for the build sheet for my car - mainly to check the colour codes. But I've spotted Long-Term Warranty and I'm not clear about exactly what it is. Is this just some paint protection warranty or is it something the previous owner bought? I'm sure some of you will know. I did a search of "Porsche long term warranty" on PH and nothing relevant came up. A general google does not tell me exactly what it is either and the duration does not match up with anything Porsche seems to sell. If it changes anything, the car was delivered originally to Porsche GB as a press car.
