I currently have a 2010 Panamera v8 4s pdk, its been a great car with no issues. Owned it for over a year now which is a very long time for me.
The question is , am i mad maybe thinking about a Maserati Gran truismo ??

Thoughts please ??

Not a like for like move, do you only need two seats?
I think Panameras are ugly machines but whilst a GranTurismo is much nicer looking, they are getting a bit long in the tooth now. The older ones actually look more attractive IMO as they have become a bit Halfords/Max Power bodykit looking as they have tried to keep them current.
Mine was an early car, 2008 and only had the 4.2 engine which was not very fast but I believe that the 4.7s are much nippier.

I’ve been looking recently at Quattroportes looked at a v6 S and a v8 GTS. Both very quick with 410 and 523bhp respectively. I’d actually put a deposit down then Covid hit hard so temporarily pulled out. There’s no doubting the looks of a Granturismo but it’s prehistoric.
Try a 2016 MY or younger QP.

Some years ago I co-drove a Maserati Gran Tourismo S from London to Modena.
Thought it was a very nice package, as a GT tourer.
Not built to Porsche quality standards, but better looking than the Panamera.
I’m 5’10 and also travelled for a period in the rear seats and it was surprisingly spacious - comfortable enough to sleep.
No idea what used prices are at the moment, but the current issues should compress them further, so could be an interesting buy at the right price
I’d want a thorough PPI though.
