As title really, will 18x10j ET40 wheels fit on the front if a 996T? confused

Assuming original wheels are 18" x 8" ET50
Inner clearance to strut will reduce 15mm
Wheel will also extend outwards a further 35mm
So IMO answer is no.

Why would you want to put rears on the front?

Though of course I have boxster rears on the front of the 993 smashbiglaugh
