Centrelock removal - London
Discussion
Wonder if anyone can help here.
I see my offside front down 0.5 bar and sure enough I've got a nail in my tyre. As we all know Porsche's policy is only to replace tyres and not repair. This doesn't sit well with me when its a tiny perforation and feels wasteful. My local tyre outfit will do the job but they don't have a 3/4 torque wrench rated to 600nm to re-torque the centrelock after taking it off with a breaker bar.
Does anyone have a decent tyre indy near London that they'd recommend who has a tool handy? I could buy one but I doubt i'm going to be taking wheels off regularly and the cost then approaches a new Cup2 anyway.
Cheers!!!

I’m in South Bucks...I’ve got a very good independent tyre place near me that can do CL’s. Get people coming from afar with various nice cars and they also do all of DK Engineering’s tyres. Last time I was in there they were phoning round trying to find tyres for a Zonda.
About an hour from West End,
About an hour from West End,
Other one that I've used and also has touchless tyre removal is Blackboots in Chesham.
