will 18" 911 wheels fit my boxster?
Discussion
Can anyone please tell me if the below wheels I've seen on ebay will fit on a boxster? The link below the below description should take you to the advert on ebay.
Any help from any porsche experts would be much appreciated!
Thanks Jack
You are bidding on a set of genuine Porsche 911 Turbo Look alloy wheels.
The off set for the front 2x wheels is 7.5Jx18 ET50. The off set for the rear 2x wheels is 10Jx18 ET65. The wheels will fit a 911 993 & 911 996. They may fit other models but I will not guarantee that they will. If you buy these wheels then I will not be held responsible if they do not fit your car.
They are like new with no scuffs at all. They have centre caps with them but do not have any bolts. The tyres are in fantastic condition, they are;
Michelin Pilot SX-295/35/18 with 8mm of tread
Bridgestone 295/35/18 with 7mm of tread
Toyo Proxes TIS 235/40/18 with 7mm of tread
Pirelli P Zero 235/40/18 with 7mm of tread

Offsets are ok but you need spacers on the rear 13mm if my memory serves correct....but the tyres are too wide, may get away with a 235 front but a 295 rear is doubtful as they will stick out past the arches.
I'm sure one of the resident tyre experts will advise.
I had these wheels on my 986 S but stayed with the 225 and 265 front/rear combo.
Cheers, Mark
