You're so right! I have an old Mag supplement from the early 90's. Bought my first Porsche in 1994, nice 944S2, for £15k. Couldn't quite stretch to the £20k being asked for a low mileage whale tale 3.2 911.......only lost £1k on the 944 over 40,00 miles and 4 years before trading it against a 968CS - and that's a whole other story on "cars I should have kept", not to mention not buying a 993 Targa when I bought a 996 demonstrator!! Hindsight's a wonderful thing...................
