As we're not discussing investments here, I think you made the right choice. The CGT V10 surely way more intoxicating than the turbo six in this? Purely as something to drive. Fantastic cars,but i chose the cgt route instead.

One of these would be an even more special thing to own though, wonderful. And good on the owner, sounds like he / she makes good use of it.
This era, where LM cars were actually closely connected to road cars, is a real peak for me.
