Reading Porsche mini meet TONITE (thurs 30th June)

5 Porsches will be meeting at the 'Bird in Hand',Knowl hill, A4 Bath Rd.at 7.0pm then moving on (aprox. 8.00pm) to 'the Cottage' at Upper Bucklebury (near Thatcham) & then on to the 'Four Horseshoes' at Sherfield on Loddon ,A33 Reading to Basingstoke,
Any other Porsche owners are welcome to join us.
The purpose of the meet (as if we really need one ) is to find a suitable pub for a monthly Thames Valley Porsche meet

So Martin, how were the pubs? Are we any closer to a decision, or did the evening blur after the first couple of pints??

we had a drink and some food in the first pub - bird in hand and decided to move on

unfortunately, martins 928 blew a hose on the m4 and dumped its coolant and some oil on the rest of us!

this put an end to the recce, but i think we may be trying again next thursday night if there are any takers
