Porsche (VWFS) Online Settlement Quote - Buggered

Trying to get a settlement figure out of Porsche / VWFS.
Log in to the online portal ... select my agreement ... request settlement ... "Connection Problem - please try again later or refresh". Has worked fine in the past.
Anyone else unable to access their settlement value at present?
I tried to call 'em ... been on hold for over an hour!
