The WBAC offer on my 718 Cayman (base, 14 months old, 5K miles) has risen 5% in the last 20 days.

I'm looking to off-load as new vehicle is due in May (I have another car in the interim) and the porker isn't getting used much.

Questions: Do I sell now? Or wait a little longer for OPCs to be even more stock down as lockdown 2.0 hardens? Or wait for the spring?

I know nobody has a crystal ball, but thoughts please.

See what it's worth after their "inspection".

I gather the initial offer is exactly that, and when you take it in they are paid on a commission basis to knock down the original offer.

Chances are they will still be better than a Porsche OPC though.

At some time the supply demand imbalance has to normalise....ring a couple of buyer’s for the major OPC groups and see how interested they are in your car. That will give you a good idea.

If you're serious about selling it OP, and you want the best prices just pop it up on here: https://www.wizzle.co.uk/, you'll get dealers bidding on it.

Tried Wizzle a month back, highest bid was £37K (an OPC buyer apparently). Lowest was £34K.
911V said no because of the standard 18inch wheels.

WBAC are offering £43.3K (or £300 less with the with the chip in the screen declared - still visible after a repair), so likely it will be going to them

I'm half tempted to run it to March (by then it'll be around 6K miles and 6 months off first service), but where will prices be come spring.

That's a shame, I got £34k for my Base 718C to trade through Wizzle. 10k Miles, 26 months old.... Best of luck with the sale smile
