16" Teledial tyre sizes

I need to get some tyres ordered for my 944.. I've got some 16" teledials from a turbo, but I forgot to check teh tyre sizes this morning and now Im at work without a clue what size i need to order!!?
Help?

225 45 16 & 245 50 16 sort of ring a bell but IO could be getting them al mixed up!!

cos its got no tyres.... well no road tyres anyway!

It should be 225/50 rear and 205/55 front.
