It is amazing how many warehouses there are in this world rammed full of old cars. There are two or three big German Porsche specialists I can think of who literally have hundreds of cars between them. Made me realise that you have to be careful about what you buy as if it's anything a bit generic (especially in LHD) there are an awful lot of them around.

Agreed. Client of mine was transferring a relatively small amount of cash to buy an old Land Rover. Being a petrolhead I enquired about the Land Rover. Turns out he’s a serial buyer, has a warehouse in Ireland with 50+ early Land Rovers and Range Rovers.
