Very interesting new announcement from Porsche, 'Patina' Paint to sample by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur is being added to the PTS catalogue and uses an oxidation process to create a unique patina finish to the paintwork.

Very interesting stuff..

Young children pets and my better half parking are best at creating age related patina for no extra charge.

Any sign of a pre worn seat bolster option?

I didn't even bother clicking the link. You do know what day it is, right?

I’ve just bought a PTS 65 911....you’d probably think it was an April Fool’s joke if you saw the colour smile ,

This is already a thing for VW Transporter owners, and pauper VW 'rat' wannabes. The joke is on them.

Looks better than those heritage editions to be fair.

Porsche may as well not bother designing standard lights, wheels, brakes, seats or stereo as most pay for upgrades anyway. Certainly the base car would look a tad different on the configurator, just sat there on 4 piles of bricks. The ‘patina’ paint may suit the look?
