Odd D90 split rim wheel in 17"- whats it off?

Bit flumoxed- been asked about this wheel type & I dont know it or what it might be off & not seem it in the flesh & it might be a replica for all I know.

I had thought 964C4 lwt, but think they are without the split rim bolts.

Ideas?
