Thanks for your reply PP but having looked on the website previously and again today I still cannot locate a name and fax number. I found the factory virtual tour but no details on here neither to arrange a visit. I also spoke to PCGB customer service and they were unable to give me the name but did give me the general phone number. Any pointers to where you found the contact details on the PCGB website would be of assistance.
