May just be me, but does anyone else get bad cramp under the right hand knee during long journeys? Got fairly normal legs!

I suspect it may be because the accelerator pivots against the floor rather tahn being suspended from the dash??

Try altering your seat. Why your leg hurts is that there is not enough support underneath it. You need to be sat as far back in the seat as possible. Adjust the base of the seat's angle up as much as possible to raise the front edge - maximising support along your upper leg.

Genuinely - with some dedicated fiddling and testing you can do a LOT to eliminate a sore leg.

Its nowt to do with it being a floor mounted blade accelerator - its to do with the seat and its position.

BTW - the blade accelerator is why all Porsches are easy to Heel and Toe in.

I suppose you could also invest in cruise - but only if you're changing the car...

Thanks Don!

Yes, cruise control isn't my idea of the epitome of Porsche ownership!

I'll try the tips and see; done 4000 miles in 8weeks in it, and my business is based very locally!!

I'd go with that, you're seating position can't be right. It pays to take time to get comfy in it, and rest assured when you've got the right position, you could travel for hours without noticing.
