New Cayenne e-hybrid - options

Apologies if this topic has been asked a thousand times. New member here and very close to ordering a new Cayenne e-hybrid, which will be our first Porsche. I say our but it’s actually my wife’s car

We’re almost there on the options list. One very minor issue which we can’t figure out and in which I’m still waiting for an answer from the dealer is the default colour of the front air grille slats. We’re going for Moonlight blue as the exterior colour and would prefer simple matte black air intake, but the configurator seems to show small silver strips on the slats.

Most of the Cayennes we see driving around look like they have all black front air grille, although I have seen one that has the silver accents. Any idea how to get basic black? Do we have to pay extra and get the high gloss black option?

Sorry if this is a daft question. I’m still trying to work out the world of Porsche!

We have an e-hybrid in moonlight blue and whilst there are some thin chrome or silver stripes in the slats, they are almost invisible. We have kept the silver window surrounds and added silver roof bars and it makes for a very nice contrasting colour scheme.

Thanks for the info. We used to have a Mercedes GLC with that colour combo. It is very nice but we were thinking of a (slight) change.

My dealer isn’t sure - he says he has never seen any grille with silver accents. Looks like we’ll have to order in the expectation of getting silver but be pleasantly surprised if we just get basic black!
