I'm locking my spec soon and usually go with adaptive cruise, can anyone shed any light on if the InnoDrive is worth the extra?

I'd be interested to know if it is more intrusive than the standard adaptive and if can you switch InnoDrive off leaving standard adaptive cruise functioning?

Thank you in advance!

My latest cayenne has it. Much better system than Tesla or Volvo imo. Used both (wife’s Volvo has full equivalent). The Porsche system works really well - use it for my 200m trip to the Lakes every 3 or so weeks. Steers really well, anticipates well, doesn’t over brake. Love it. Makes the journeys really easy and stress free.

I have it on my Taycan, and really like it. I prefer it to Adaptive Cruise because is monitors speed limits and adjusts to them automatically. I don't use it all the time, but in areas where the speed limits change frequently, it can be useful.

Innodrive is one of my favourite assistance systems; in the current cars it seems to blend in seamlessly.

Where ADC needs a vehicle in front for reference; Innodrive doesn't, using Nav and sensor data to regulate instead.
