GT3 Rob,

I see you used to have a 4S like myself.
I'm thinking of buying a GT3, how would you sum up the difference between the 2 cars. Also have you driven a Mk1 GT3 ??

Cheers,

The C4S is a good all round Porsche.. great looks, reasonable power, lots of grip and good brakes, mine had PSE so sounded good as well.

The GT3 is a very focused, raw feeling, track orientated car..
The handling and power are in a different leaque to the C4S, but the car is compromised on road, with potentially tricky handling in the wet and on bumpy B roads.

BTW had the car dyno'd yesterday at WRC, and car is standard + rear fabspeed boxes.. was putting out 395bhp, car should be 381 bhp (boxes would add 3bhp)
Another guy on here, MarkH, his car is totally standard and was putting out 397bhp.. so the cars are coming with a fair amount of extra power from factory.

Cheers
Rob

Any dyno print outs available? I'm always a bit of a sceptic as they are so easy to fudge with incorrect settings. Did he measure coast down losses to estimate power at the crank?

Still as a bit of fun, dynos are fine
