987 / 997 Key-IN live feed

My garage in France have installed my Pioneer double DIN head unit to the AC feed, which is mentioned frequently on YouTube and forums.

The Dynamic Sounds harness I bought has a long lead which, I presume, should run to the fuse box to power the unit when the ignition is off, but they key remains in the ignition lock.

Does anyone know which fuse number it should be connected to?
