My GT3 goes in for a new rear Shock Absorber under warranty next week and the OPC say they will have to re-check alignment (KDS) after fitting. As my car has a non-standard setup done by JZ will this mean that the OPC will reset this back to standard and if so do I need to take in my current setup when the work gets done to ensure it stays the same.

Could be difficult as the OPC will generally want to align to their specs only - depends how friendly you are with them. I would take your specs or they will certainly undo it all.

I don't see why there should be a problem. The GT3 is a track orientated car, surely Porsche don't expect all owners to stick to the factory settings?

I wouldn't worry, if the suspension settings were set in stone then I would but they are adjustable, so long as the OPC configures it as JZM set it as and not as the Porsche standard.
