Hi All,

I've been looking at financing on my incoming 992 Turbo S and the best rate I have found is with Porsche at 5.8%APR which seems expensive to me!

Has anyone achieved any better terms recently?

Thanks in advance

5.8 from Porsche is usually reserved for their repeat top clients

5.9% on new cars for anyone, normally, 6.9% on used.

Have you tried an Asset finance company such as Virgin Money ( formerly Clydesdale Bank) or Lombard Finance (but for best rates you need to be a RBS or Natwest Customer )
I used Lombard and got a rate of 1.9% flat for my GT4

Regarding that 1.9% with Lombard, was that a flat rate HP Loan as opposed to a PCP deal. Either way it is very competitive. Also, does that have to be classed as a 'business car' with Lombard or are they happy to provide finance for personal customers?

We're financing our Taycan's through Lombard on a business HP, they did quote for a private for me but they were more in line with the regular lenders on private deals.

Unbeatable on business deals though. The moment I mentied we'd had a quote from Lombard to others credit providers I was told not to waste time looking elsewhere, no one can touch their business rates if you qualify for them.

This is the deal we got on two Taycan's. We're not NatWest customers so didn't qualify for the special rate.

About 3.5% (from memory).

EDIT - just logged in it's 3.84%

This is business not personal.

It was a flate rate on a HP loan.
Car is private car nothing to do with business. Only criteria was that you need to have an account with Natwest or RBS to provide quotes for loans

Try Paragon, they have some great rates if you’re a good credit..
