Our cars all being ~6 years old have any of you had the 6 year intermediate service?

What’s the going rate for what is predominantly an oil/filter change and a visual inspection?

If it's similar to a GT4 then I paid £750 including a drive belt that actually wasn't due but for £70 I thought why not.

Had mine done at Cameron Porsche. £806 inc VAT

It will depend on what’s included of course - I think from memory plugs are due at 4 years and belt/ air filters at 6 per the service schedule. Had the latter included in my 4 year so this time round in a couple of weeks will be a bit less painful! Figures quoted are ballpark including a brake fluid change but from other posts you may need to shop around to avoid silly quotes from OPCs.

No… never had one except manufacturers on new cars.

You pay your money and make your choice I guess - warranty will be renewed on mine.
Just had a control unit fail on my Mini JCW - £700 so far and still not right - fortunately still under warranty. Cars are complex and for the most part not mendable these days.

Thanks for all your replies.

Intermediate Maintenance Service (years 2,6,10 etc)
Brake Fluid (every 2 years)
Renew Belt (every 6 years)

Made some enquiries today, best part of a bag of sand from OPC, £800 Indy.
