Hi all. Always fancied a Panamera but other than taking the dog along for a test fit wondered if anyone has managed the feat of GSD / Pamamera (non sport tourismo)

Thanks in advance!
Mike

Are you thinking back seat?..dog should fit. They are not huge cars inside though.

I have a Sport Turismo and a Great Dane. No chance of it fitting at all, and I have an SUV to do the job.

Interesting re sport tourismo, sadly even my man maths can’t justify the extra cost as it’s prime function is to take over the 5 series touring as dog carrier…..fabulous looking cars though. My lad works at Porsche Bristol and really rates them.

our little GSD goes everywhere with us & sits happily on the back seat until she gets tired, then just curls up on one. We have a quilt on the seat, then a dog "hammock", the quilt seems to make it a touch more level for her.
We also put covers on the front seats to protect them from her claws (if one of us gets out of the car for even 2 minutes, we get welcomed back with lots of fuss !)

Seat covers - these are a bit dearer then the ones in the pic but wearing better

he is a cracker, looks a bundle of fun.

Shelley is our 4th shepherd, I just love them. Only 2 now, so hopefully we've got a few years with her, I am 62 this year so sadly she will be our last frown

I guess as it's your thread, i can derail it slightly with more GSD entertainment ...

She looks adorable and we are on our third. He’s eleven now so one more left in me hopefully. We’ve had him from 6 months old, a failed police dog. I knew the breeder who retired at the same time as me, I just asked if they had any potential failures…..to which he replied, “well, there is one, called chip, massive at 54kg, but literally can’t be arsed to do anything” needless to say we had a 54kg bundle of fun who although in early days incredibly mischievous but a wonderful member of the family. I can talk about them all day!!

Our (5th) GSD George manages to fit on thje back shelf of my Chimaera and spent a week round the Isle of Man last year on there.

It's surprising how small a space they can occupy.

Oh he looks sensational, he looks like a lovely rascal. What a great photo, as are all the above pics of their adorable dogs. There should a thread just for Pooches in Porsches.
