I am surprised - I'm running my first car with Cup 2 tyres, a 718 Spyder. They've done 4.5k miles including about 250/300 miles on track, mostly (not all) in the dry and some of them pretty fast. I still have about 4.5mm all round. I've driven them in the rain, in the sun, in the cold (3 degrees plus), in the heat (30 degrees plus). They've been impeccable on everything but a cold and damp Donington, where they were very tricky.
I'd read that they were lethal in all but a narrow operating window, and wore out as soon as one looked at them. They're ace. They're N1 stamped - is this a radically new tyre from the N0?

Same experience here. Did over 5000miles in my first 718Spyder and traded it in to OPC without any issues on tyre wear. I did quite a few track miles with mine as well. They were only about half worn at that point. Much better life than all my previous Cup2 shod cars, some of which needed new tyres at under 4000 miles with a few track days in the mix.
They were still a bit tricky in the cold and wet though.
