Purchased an approved Porsche early December with a OPC 2 year warranty, to date have received nothing on the warranty other than a snap shot of the dates of the warranty showing the VIN number.

Numerous mails and calls have been met with, “you should have received the paperwork, we will get it sent out”, but still nothing.

Just wondering what you would usually receive, I was expecting some paperwork and warranty book stating what is / is not covered.

Received the breakdown assist early January.

Maybe no big deal and all in the system but would expect some paperwork, are Porsche usually as slow as this with approved warranty paperwork ?

Renewed mine in February and all the paperwork was issued by the OPC on the day - the only thing that came later was the plastic card. Worth having a proper conversation with someone - time before last (at another OPC) I hadn’t received anything and when I followed up it turned out they hadn’t processed the renewal…..

It’s all done by the VIN .
If it’s used approved it will be logged in.
The punters possession of letters , plastic cards or what ever are irrelevant.

Thanks both, will see if they come up with anything.
Good it’s based on the VIN so all should be in place if required, just good to have someone in my hand showing warranty agreement.
