I got a low entry trolley jack when I had the Noble, was about £80 from demon tweeks.
If you can justify it then this is the one to go for:

I use a mini-ramp mad from a couple of pieces of wood screwed together, just enough to get a normal jack under. Also, the GT3 doesn't come with a jack (no spare wheel, so why would you need one) - instead we get a can of squirty foam filler goo.
I have also got an air jack which is excellent - quick to use and can lift 2 wheels at a time, but can't get a coupling to fit the GT3, so have to use another car to inflate it - pity.

When I bought my Mk1 GT3 Clubsport a couple of years ago the idea of not having a spare or even a jack did not appeal.
I bought a jack and spare wheel with the collapsable tyre that is standard with a Turbo. Once the polystyrene tray is removed this fits flat on the floor of the front boot. The thread for the securing screw was already in the floor as standard.
Not certain which wheel is required for a Mk2 with the larger front brakes.
What to do with the removed wheel if you have a passenger is another matter though.
